As the SUBSA Supply Chain Manager, you will be driving the Supply Chain agenda for the team by executing the regional and global strategies along with the Regional Supply Chain Director for the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
- Leads associated activities, processes, people and financial requirements in order to achieve strategic vision and business objectives.
- Ensures demand and supply are aligned to deliver the business plan at optimum cost.
- Through the S&OP process deliver to our customers the right product, at the right time, at the right place, with the right quality, at the right cost.
- Generates an environment of contribution and debate across the country and between functions.
- Manages key internal and external stakeholders is a primary driver and challenge of the role along with giving leadership and vision to the team.
- Commits to the mission and motivation to combine the team's energy and expertise to achieve a common objective, understand the dynamics of effective teamwork in order to attain higher levels of team performance.
- Anticipates needs and responds to them as per defined process.
- Respects the regulations associated the Supply Chain activities (excise, importations, certifications etc.)
- Development of a centre-led product supply function across the Cluster.
- Collaborates with customers to improve performance and customer service levels and continuously sharing with peers across the region.
- Deliver improved forecast accuracy and reducing inventory days and logistics costs.
- Support and mentor the cluster team in order to ensure continuous improvement regarding KPI’s.

Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
- 6-10 years of experience in Supply Chain within an integrated planning environment
- Familiarity and knowledge across customer service, demand planning and logistics will be well recognized.
- Experience in manufacturing, beverage and spirits is an advantage.
- Managed change in a distribution or industrial supply chain organization where knowledge of international trading practices and global tax principles is vital to success.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills. High collaborative skills
- Communication: Structures and presents technical data in a clear and logical format.
