Crane Operator

Western Cape, CPT - Northern Suburbs
- (Market related)- A company in the engineering industry based has an EE opportunity available for a Crane Operator to be based in the Cape Town area. This will be temporary position for 3 months
- Requirements:

- Matriculation with Maths/Maths Literacy and Physical Science or equivalent (N3)
- 3 - 5 years’ crane operation experience with proven track record
- Valid Driver’s license - Code C essential
- Valid Mobile Crane Operator certification - Code C33 essential

**Duties**:

- Conduct daily safety checks on cranes as per the check sheet
- On instruction from Supervisor / Operations Manager, drive the crane to the work site
- Set up the crane according to laid-down procedures
- Operate the crane according to laid-down procedures
- Complete timesheets and further applicable documents to be signed off by the client on a daily basis
