Production Manger

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the **entire mattress production process**, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and execute **production plans, schedules, and budgets** in line with business goals.
- Monitor and optimize production lines, machinery, and equipment to minimize downtime and increase output.
- Lead and supervise production staff, fostering a positive and performance-driven team culture.
- Maintain strict control over materials usage, stock levels, and quality assurance procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and meet delivery targets.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Matric / Grade 12** qualification.
- Minimum of **5 years' experience** in a **Production Manager role** within a **mattress or furniture manufacturing** environment.
- In-depth knowledge of **mattress production processes, materials, and machinery**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure, manage deadlines, and coordinate multiple production activities.
- Proficient in **Sage**, **Microsoft Excel**, and other relevant systems is advantageous.
- **Own transport is essential**
