**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive sourcing strategy for AUTO24's automotive products and components
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and vendors
- Evaluate supplier and vendor capabilities, performance, and risks to develop appropriate supplier selection and management plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality products and components
- Negotiate and finalize supplier agreements, contracts, and pricing to achieve strategic goals and objectives
- Monitor supplier and vendor performance metrics, including delivery, quality, cost, and inventory levels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing supply chain stability and reliability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in automotive sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management
- Demonstrated knowledge of automotive products and components, supply chain processes, and industry trends and best practices
- Expertise in supplier/vendor selection and management, contract negotiation, and cost management
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to conduct market analysis, evaluate supplier performance, and develop strategic sourcing plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
