Our growth has opened the vacancy of an General/Ops Manager position. If you are looking for growth and want to join a dynamic team, this might be the position for you.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Managing of Future Motor Lease in all aspects.
- Managing sales team, accounts department, fleet department, and other.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Training low-level managers and staff.
- Creating and managing budgets.
- Improving revenue. (KPI's of departments are met)
- Hiring employees.
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
- Analyzing accounting and financial data.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Cost management.
- Risk management.
- Generating reports and giving presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of different business functions.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Strong work ethic.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills.
- Proactive nature.
- Excellent customer skills.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years management experience.
- Drivers license.
- Financial qualification advantageous.
- Experience in the car rental industry is advantageous.
- Great overall knowledge of cars.

Salary is Gross -R25 000 (If KPI's and bonus is achieved)

Monday - Friday: 6:45am - 5pm
Saturdays: 8:00am to 13:00pm

**Salary**: Up to R25,000.00 per month
