**Overview**:

**Qualifications**:

- Matric or equivalent
- Supply Chain or logistics qualification would be preferred, but not essential

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is crucial

**Duties**:

- Co-ordinate inbound raw material and outbound finished goods logistics
- Scheduling of all products including Inter-Depot Transfers
- Receiving of all raw materials.
- Communicate with clients and agents to formulate scheduling plan.
- Communicate the scheduling plan to production daily for production purposes.
- Contract Management for transport contractors.
- Managing and organizing of transportation for deliveries of various products.
- Archiving of all related documentation.
- Manage product allocation to different BU’s
- Manage packaging information on allocation plans

**Job Competencies**:

- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Be methodical and quality driven
- Be proficient in MS Office, with very good Excel skills
- Have good time and stress management skills as well as good communication and conflict management skills
- Be a team player
- Self motivated
- Be able to work outside normal working hours
