Are you someone who can:

- Draft, review and manage the procurement contracting process from inception to implementation.
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders, that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.
- Develop tactical strategy and delivery plans in support of functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadership.
- Implement and abide by policies, procedures, standards and frameworks to efficiently manage adherence to procurement practice and provide thought leadership.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviour through personal involvement, commitment, and dedication in support of organisational values.
- Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders throughout the procurement continuum.
- Have an LLB or LLM degree.
- A honed ability to draft and review commercial contracts in a dynamic and fast-changing environment and exceptional attention to detail.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior specialist level.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating agreements in the Information Technology space, including software, cloud and SaaS agreements will be advantageous.
