As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our BPO operations in the private sector. You will be responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on delivering innovative digital solutions that align with the evolving needs of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who can combine strategic thinking with a precise, targeted approach to business development. You will work closely with senior leadership to devise growth strategies, develop tailored proposals, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the market. Your ability to understand the competitive landscape, anticipate client requirements, and deliver bespoke solutions will be critical to your success in this role. In addition to securing new business, you will represent HGS at key industry events and conferences, positioning us as a leader in delivering cutting-edge BPO solutions, particularly in areas such as automation, AI, and data analytics. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met with scalable, high-impact solutions. This role is integral to establishing HGS as a dominant player in Cape Town’s rapidly evolving BPO market.
