IQbusiness are looking for an experienced SAFe Program Consultant to join the largest Agile consulting team in Southern Africa. This is your opportunity to make your own “ding in the universe” and make a lasting impact by helping our clients design environments that deliver better results.

Key Responsibilities and/or output areas include, but are not limited to:
You put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
You have experience coaching at the Portfolio/Director level and can assist them to define strategies for transitioning to Lean/Agile practices, communicate the business need, urgency, and vision for change in a Scaled Agile adoption; as well as assess the adoption risk associated with the change effort.
You have strong experience coaching the Program and Team level roles in SAFe, including establishing new Agile teams.
You play nice with other coaches in a coaching team.
You are able to coach and mentor multiple Scrum Masters and their teams in Lean Agile principles and Scrum/Kanban practices.
You have the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to lead workshops and training sessions to educate executives, managers, leaders and teams, and the other stakeholders necessary to effectively drive the change.
You are skilled at establishing a Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) to execute against the transformation backlog.
You can work with stakeholders to identify Value Streams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in preparation for launch. You can assist in creating the implementation plan (including the plan for the rollout, upcoming changes, and establishing metrics).
You can assist clients in preparing for the ART launch by establishing the launch date and cadence calendar, and participating in ART events such as Program Increment Planning, Inspect and Adapt, etc.
You have experience coaching an ART execution, assisting stakeholders to build and maintain the Vision, Roadmap, and Program Backlogs.
You are experienced at establishing a DevOps culture and mindset, the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, infrastructure, and associated Agile technical practices.
You are comfortable to work with and explain the concepts of Lean Budgets, Lean Portfolio Management, leaner approaches to CapEx and OpEx, and Agile Contracts.

**Requirements**:
5+ years of practical Lean/Agile experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience scaling Lean/Agile practices, specifically using the Scaled Agile Framework.
Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4).
