Successful Banqueting Coordinator in a big Gaming Company with following:

- **Diploma or (NQF 4); good numeracy skills, at least 2 years’ experience in Hospitality in a reservations environment to**:

- communicate with groups and all departments proactively regarding conventions

and functions
- ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained in the processing of

bookings, amendments, feedback and site inspections
- maximize sales and marketing opportunities within the Casino policies, procedures

and standards
- facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests’ expectations

are anticipated and exceeded & deliver high quality standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R18,000.00 per month
