Duties/Pligte
- Receiving and processing complaints;
- Acting as project coordinator and ensuring speedy resolution of reported problems;
- Conducting inspections as requested by the Project Coordinator at sites;
- Establishing maintenance needs;
- Identifying potential risks on site and developing a maintenance action;
- Regularly liaising with departrments, service providers and/or contractors;
- Composing reports on site progress;
- Attending site meetings and providing feedback;
- Ensuring timeous completion of projects;
- Recordkeeping of all correspondence;
- Assisting the Project Coordinator with administrative duties as and when required;
- Compiling Planon reports on a daily basis.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate);
- A valid diver's license and own transport;
- Relevant experience in project management / project administration;
- Thorough experience in maintenance;
- Project management insight;Excellent communication skills;
- High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills;
- Outstanding problem-solving skills;
- Good computer skills in MS Word (at least Outlook, Excel and Word);
- Good administration and organisational skills.

Recommendation/Aanbeveling
- Experience in a similar environment will be beneficial;
- Knowledge of facilities management systems and procedures (such as the Planon system);
- The ability to think creatively, to use own initiative and to function independently under pressure.
