Our client, a prominent leader in the mining sector is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor in Civil Engineering to oversee Contractor Construction Supervisors for a specific project or project area.
In this role, you will manage all contractor activities through a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring smooth on-site construction execution. Collaboration with Engineering, PCO, SHE, Procurement, Risk, and Project Management teams according to PEP and Procedures is essential.

**Contract Details**:

- Duration: 12 months
- Location: Kriel

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize safety, construction sequencing, and planning.
- Manage financial impacts of changes in project scope proactively.
- Meet tight project timelines.
- Ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Handle contractor commercial responses effectively.
- Oversee construction completion, preparing for commissioning.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Essential: N Dip in Civil Engineering, Certificate in First Line Management, and Trade as an Artisan (MQA/QCTO Accredited).
- Desirable: B Tech qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant job experience.
- Experience with construction and commercial projects (size-dependent).
