Tax Practitioner

We are seeking **Tax Practitioners** who have either:

- Registered with the **South African Institute of Tax Professionals (SAIT)**, or
- Completed **SAIPA** or **SAICA traineeship**, or
- **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field** (postgraduate tax qualification advantageous - e.g., HDip Tax, PGDip Tax, MCom Taxation), or
- **CA(SA)** or **AGA(SA)** (SAICA) with relevant tax experience, or
- **SAIPA**, **CIMA**, **ACCA**, **CPA**, or other internationally recognised accounting/tax designation with strong tax experience, or
- **ADIT** or equivalent advanced international tax qualification (advantageous)

We have **multiple opportunities** available across our diverse client base in Durban, ranging from hands-on tax compliance to advanced tax advisory roles.

Depending on the placement, you could be:

- Preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns for South Africa and other jurisdictions
- Managing VAT, PAYE, WHT, and dividend tax submissions
- Coordinating compliance for multi-entity and cross-border structures
- Assisting with tax planning, risk management, and advisory projects
- Providing guidance on payroll and expat tax matters
- Supporting or managing tax audits, disputes, and negotiations with authorities
- Reconciling revenue and billings for tax purposes
- Preparing year-end tax disclosures and liaising with auditors
- Keeping up to date with local and international tax legislation

**SALARIES ARE MARKET RELATED AND COMMENSURATE BASED ON EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: R10 000,00 - R100 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
