**Senior Site Manager - Residential Construction**

Midrand

R 50 000.00 to R 80 000.00 (depending on the experience and education)

Our Client, a highly-established Construction Company is seeking an **EXPERIENCED SITE AGENT** with a solid extensive Construction background.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- (B.Eng.) or B.Sc (Eng) Civils or BSc (Cons)
- Minimum of 10 years **Site Agent **experience (not negotiable) with at least three of these being at Senior Foreman level
- Own transport and valid driver’s license (essential)
- Computer Literate
- Strong Leadership Skills and ability to delegate
- Stable Career History
- Numerical orientation
- Written and oral communication
- Planning Skills
- Problem Solving and Decision Making
- Conflict Management
- Interpersonal Skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordination of construction teams and materials
- Working closely with the Professional Team
- Knowledge of construction processes and contracts
- Knowledge of trades
- Read and interpret drawings
- Readand understand construction programmes and timeframes
- Cost Control
- SHEQ legislation and implementation
- Staff Management & labour legislations
- Commercial practices and procedures
- Stores and materials Read and interpret drawings
- Setting out and levelling of the works:

- Quality Assurance / Control
- Knowledge of materials, plant and equipment
- Knowledge of site administration systems
