**Your Role**:
As a **Sales Assistant** at Incanda, you will be responsible for:
**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Assisting customers in-store and telephonically with product inquiries, purchases, and after-sales support.
- Providing efficient and courteous service, ensuring customers feel valued and satisfied.
- Demonstrating advanced product and sales knowledge to meet customer needs.

**Driving Sales**:

- Advising customers on products, upselling, and finalising purchases.
- Following up on proforma invoices and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Supporting promotional activities and showcasing our brand with enthusiasm.

**Operational Support**:

- Processing orders and receiving payments accurately.
- Maintaining the showroom floor and ensuring product displays meet company standards.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Liaising with Head Office and other departments to ensure smooth delivery and support.
- Working as part of a team to meet sales objectives and maintain a positive store environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a sales consultant with a strong focus on customer service.
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Grade 12 qualification.
