We are seeking a **People Coordinator: Talent** who will be responsible for delivering and coordinating core talent management activities, including performance management, succession planning, development coordination, talent analytics, and internal talent mobility across the Africa region. This role plays a key part in ensuring talent processes run efficiently, enabling the effective deployment, development, and retention of key talent while providing actionable data insights to support strategic talent decisions.

As a **People Coordinator: Talent**you will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Coordinate performance management, development, and succession planning activities.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date talent data by maintaining records and conducting regular audits.
- Assist in compiling monthly talent metrics and preparing reports for review.
- Support the consolidation and analysis of data to provide meaningful insights for talent management.
- Maintain accurate talent profiles and succession plans to support a strong talent pipeline.
- Support talent projects, reporting, and operational excellence initiatives.

**What We Are Looking For**:
To qualify for this role, you should have:

- 2-3 years’ administrative experience within an HR environment.
- Basic talent management experience is advantageous.
- Diploma or NQF Level 5 qualification in Human Resources.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and general computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with agility.
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent coordination skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in all HR-related matters.
