- Sorting of picking slips into areas for picking
- Ensure all invoices are printed, on hand, and printed correctly, and checked against picking slips for completeness.
- Invoicing of completed picking slips
- Oversee smooth running of the invoicing department
- Ensuring stationary is always available for the shift ahead
- Ensuring the invoice department is clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure various reporting functions are completed on a daily basis
- Responsible for taking all warehouse phone calls and attention to all customer related queries.
- Assist with stock take as and when required
- Ad hoc admin duties as required
- Assist with collection customers
- Assist management with any other reasonable instruction given
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- At least 2 years debrief or clerical experience.
- Computer literacy especially Word, Excel, Outlook and Great Plains
- Matric and relevant qualification
