Financial Controller

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Reporting of Profit and loss and Profit and loss by Family and other monthly reports (Monthly)**
- Deadline: Before WD6 of each month
- Ensure timely reporting of P&L and P&L by family, ensuring accuracy and alignment with accounting standards.
- Ensuring Bank Reports and Nett debt Reports as well as any other additional monthly reports
- Collaborate with Finance Spain to ensure all necessary tasks for closing the month are explained and transferred effectively.

2. **Additional Financial Information Reporting**
- Reporting of additional financial information such as CAPEX payments, intercompany transactions, and account details at the month’s close as well as any other reports that might be requested.
- Regularly update and maintain shared Drive files with monthly reports.
- Provide explanations for variations, deviations, and other requests related to the financial information reported.

3. **Budget Management**
- Responsible for following up on the budgets and ensuring alignment of previous budgets (2025), preparation of templates, and understanding of Budget 25 (completed) and preparing budgets for 2026.

4. **General Accounting and Monthly Ledger Closures**
- Work closely with Finance Manager to ensure smooth closure of the monthly ledgers, and implementation of invoices and materials, and most geneal account duties ( This will be skills transferred over time)

5. **Audit Process and Reporting**
- Manage the submission of the reporting package to PwC (International audit) and coordinate with local auditors, playing role of mediator between international and Local auditors

6. **ESG Reporting**
- Responsible for monthly reporting on ESG KPIs such as energy consumption and providing relevant evidence.
- Respond to any questions from Corporate or the ESG auditor regarding documentation and reporting.

7. **Debt and Treasury Reporting**
- Report the bank position for the last day of the previous month and the cash forecast by the first WD of the month..

8. **Taxes and Transfer Pricing**
- Handle tax and transfer pricing requests from Corporate.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience and degree in financial reporting, accounting, or similar fields.
- Strong knowledge of P&L reporting, budgeting, and financial management.
- Excellent understanding of general accounting principles and month-end closing processes.
- Very strong reporting and Microsoft Excel skills, including proficient knowledge of complicated excel formulas, this is must have.
- Experience with audit processes and ESG reporting is a plus
- Knowledge of tax and transfer pricing processes is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in using financial software and shared document management systems (e.g., Google Drive and SAP).

Pay: R17 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
