We are looking for a skilled Creditors controller to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Contacting suppliers regarding statements and invoices.
- Perform monthly creditors reconciliations.
- Reconciling the supplier statements with ours on excel spreadsheets to ensure the correct payment is made.
- Resolving any discrepancies with invoices/journal entries before payment is made.
- Capturing credit notes sent by suppliers on Acumatica
- Managing time and meet all deadlines as suppliers have many different payment terms (month end, nett 30 days, nett 15 days, nett 7 days, etc.)
- Ensuring that the correct suppliers are paid the correct amount.
- Following up with suppliers for outstanding invoices/credit notes.
- Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Protecting organisations values by keeping information confidential.
- Match payments with invoices on Acumatica to keep our system up-to-date.
- Preparing supplier age analysis to show progress.
- Supplying supporting documentation for audits.
- Any other adhoc duties required form time to time.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma. Diploma in Accounting preferred.
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Creditors Controller or general accounting
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytic abilities
