**Outdoor Media Sales Manager**

We are looking for an experienced and motivated outdoor media sales manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and generating revenue from outdoor and digital media advertising.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coach a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agencies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the outdoor and digital media market
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients and ensure timely delivery of services
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in outdoor media sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and background in outdoor and digital media advertising
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel within the region
