Responsible for the Functional support tasks of the SAP modules in the ERP Centre of Excellence Function.

To assist in user support, Finance projects and new scope item management for the SAP ERP solution.

Ability to document functional specifications.

Ability to understand technical design specifications.

Configuration knowledge for SAP FI Module.

Management of SAP calls and resolution of user queries / client service excellence.

Support Finance, Procurement, Blackline and Budgeting and Forecasting solutions.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing.

Attend Community of Practice meetings with Business.

Monitor and manage all error logs on the system (finance modules).

Data Quality and Governance facilitation.

Configuration and Development.

Take changes into Production Environment.

Assist in Budget and Forecast process and provide support.

Training.

Perform Research on New Scope items and Innovation of new RPA (Robotics and Digital insights).

Project work - Unit Testing for the project.

IT Degree/Diploma

SAP FI Certification

4 years’ minimum SAP FI Functional/Technical Consultant (S/4 HANA Cloud) experience required.

Work background in Finance with business or IT.

At least four years IT experience, 3 years working knowledge of the business

Must have at least 1 key module of SAP FI ERP such as Finance, Procurement or Engagement Management.
