**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Manage store inventory, including stock replenishment, stocktaking, and organizing stock levels.
- Lead and motivate a team of store staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient sales processes.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to store policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Prepare and manage store reports, sales figures, and performance tracking.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and ensure product displays are in line with marketing strategies.
- Manage cash handling, including cash registers, banking, and petty cash.
- Collaborate with upper management on store performance and improvement initiatives.

Pay: R5 500,00 - R6 000,00 per month
