We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing, Design and Sales coordinator to join our team and contribute to the growth and market presence.

**Responsibilities**:
Design:

- Assist in populating data for company newsletters and contribute to the design and template creation.
- Bring creativity to enhance market awareness and presence through brochures, event posters, cards, and other promotional materials.
- Create visually appealing posters using programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator, aligning designs with the company's target audience.

Photography and Videos:

- Complete video creation and editing as needed.
- Capture and edit photos to support various marketing initiatives.

Content:

- Develop and maintain a social media calendar, creating weekly and monthly content to support key company dates.
- Ensure all content creation is approved through established methods and respond thoughtfully to social media comments.
- Support company campaigns with engaging social media content.
- Manage the social media strategy and create content for various brands.
- Write and design key messages for ongoing campaigns, communications, and newsletters.

Website:

- Assist in minor changes and updates to the company website, including gallery photos, course brochures, and course dates.
- Participate in online outreach and promotion efforts.

Events Coordinating:

- Manage and coordinate various events and graduations.
- Project manage marketing-related projects and research for campaigns and implementations.

Marketing:

- Promote training and certification offerings, new courses, and educational releases.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to develop targeted campaigns through marketing tools.
- Assist in day-to-day marketing efforts and administration.
- Create marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Oversee and assist in managing the work of sales and marketing departments.

Mailchimp Management:

- Manage and utilize the Mailchimp account to support campaign drives, including creating and changing campaign templates.
- Keep the Mailchimp audience up to date.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design,sales or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
- Familiarity with social media management and strategy.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.

- Bachelors (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (required)
