- Responsibilities_
- This role will be key to delivering Reward Administration, Payroll Input/Processing and Key Reward Reporting to the Group Reward function. This employee performs their duties by executing the following responsibilities:_

**_ _**
- 1. Reward Administration:_
- _
- _Assists and co-ordinates the planning and implementation of reward programs or incentive systems for all employees or for specific groups to support the organization's objectives_
- _Support Talent Acquisition with compensation proposals for new hires at executive level aligned to key principles, populating relevant templates for internal review prior to offer stage_
- _Assist with annual market survey data gathering and submission for benchmarking_
- _Facilitate and co-ordinate multiple deadlines including updating and tracking the Reward administration annual routines calendar_
- _Uploading changes to pay scales as per approved amendments received as an outcome of annual benchmarking exercise_
- _Validate incentive participation by consolidating relevant information, vetting this information, and tracking changes that can impact participation. Submitting final report to the Rewards team_
- _Support annual increase cycles and incentives scheme processes by gathering information and compiling approval schedules._
- _Generating letters relating to annual increases and incentive payments e.g., generate increase letters and ensuring these are distributed to Group Office qualifying employees with relevant supporting documentation_
- _Submit package modellers to payroll for processing changes/updates and/or amendments_
- _Provide payment file to payroll regarding Employee Performance Incentives within timelines and ensure these are processed within SLA_
- _Support with Expat payroll master data_
- _Ensure records are safely stored for future verification and/or audit requirements_

- 2. Expat & Payroll Administration_
- _
- _Assisting Global Mobility team with payroll submission and capturing for Expats_
- _Take on of new expat appointments_
- _Ensuring allowances, deductions, fringe benefit tax and other related pay information is captured_
- _Process salary changes, contract renewals and terminations_
- _Ensure constant updating and reporting based on local compliance regulations as these relate to Expats_
- _Ensure delivery of benefits, compensation and other policy driven allowance through the payroll process relating to Expats_
- _Director emoluments: complete templates for sign off and submit reports to internal Group Finance as per routines, SLA and KPIs._
- _Consolidate and reconcile payment data relating to director emoluments_
- _Support audits and provide relevant data/reports on request_

- 3. Reward Reporting:_
- _
- _Ability to gather, investigate and report on key Reward metrics_
- _Acts as a source of accurate data & reporting that feeds into various Reward cycles and processes_
- _Accountable for Reward data validation and consolidation through engagement with key stakeholders_
- _Ability to highlight key shifts and trends in Reward metrics that leads to insights that support Reward decision making and practices_
- _Track and report on benefit allocations_
- _Validate organizational pay practices and advise Reward team of any anomalies_
- _Validate participation and utilization of benefits on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis_
- _Partners with in-Country HR Teams, Acquisition, Payroll and HCM to ensure that appropriate and accurate employee data is gathered for use by the Reward team_
- _Provide data and reporting that supports the execution of surveys and conducting of Reward research_
- _Delivery of monthly reporting aligned to SLAs & KPIs_
- _Act as a source of support in terms of key changes in regulations, rates and report these changes/findings_
- _Prepare reports and provide information to consultants and auditors when required_
- _Using existing Reward experience to keep up to date with and review relevant changes in regulations, benefit program trends and prevailing practices among similar organisations and make references to these that supports potential changes in process and practices_

- 4. Efficient delivery of all Reward processes by:_

- _Ensuring customer satisfaction_
- _Ensuring employee changes are entered correctly and review changes for proper authorization._
- _Maintain proper document control system_
- _Adhere to timekeeping and service delivery aligned to internal customer requirements_
- _Displaying a strong sense of team cohesiveness
