**What's the role?**

**You will be responsible for**:

- On boarding clients (Loading of all new clients' contracts onto the systems; including but not limited to personal details and banking information).
- Maintaining accurate databases on various systems.
- Performance, Integrity and Security of client information.
- Checking the accuracy of new contracts and communication with clients on the errors.
- Manage cases/ ticketing system.
- Obtaining details for new client.
- Editing and changing client information on various systems upon request and sending back the changes to the customer for approval.
- Sending welcome packs to new clients.
- Addressing clients queries and concerns
- Provide support to sales team regarding new contracts submitted
- Load billings and generate manual invoices.
- Schedule Transmitter installations and assist technician with requests.
- Other adhoc tasks as requested by management.
