**Project Manager (Remote position) flexible EST or PST**

Julia Valler Event Staffing is a high-end event staffing company, specializing in private and corporate events. The company was founded in 2013 and is located in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, and Las Vegas. The Company is growing fast and looking for a Project Manager to join the team

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring effective communication channels.
- Coordinating with team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Meeting with team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Reporting.
- Manage and coordinate daily tasks personal and for Department

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field.
- Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven experience in project management or other leading position in related field.
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
- Budget management experience.
- Strong attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with new ideas for community engagement.
- Superb interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and professional manner.
- Goal-oriented, persistent, and organized.
- Strong time-management skills.

- Strong networking and management abilities.
- Fluent English is a MUST
- High-speed Internet connection.
- Professional headphones;
- Experience working in events industry is preferred.

**Terms and conditions**:

- Salary range: $1000-2000 / month;
- Schedule: full-time (40/hr a week guaranteed), 5 days a week, regular office hours are 9am-5:30pm EST but we always have someone in the office on weekends and afterhours to cover the events that take place during that time, which is why everyone's work days and hours will fluctuate.
- Payments are distributed weekly via direct deposit.
