**Job Description**The purpose of the Sample set Supervisor, is to oversee the production line and manage the machinist team, cutters and patternmakers.

**Education / Computer Packages**:

- Matric
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the Sewing/Textile environment
- Microsoft office

**Duties And Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot problems that occur during production
- Instruct and communicate accordingly with management and technical support
- oversee the Sample Set production line according to production schedule and ensure deadlines and output targets are met daily.
- Create a production schedule

**Desired Skills**:

- Hands on Management (be proactive on the floor)
- Quality Control / line supervision
- technically minded / garment construction
- computer literate
- Garment industry manager
- Strong personality
- Understanding Sewing / Cutting / Machining
- Understand Patterns
- SYNC is an advantage

**Desired Work Experience**:

- 3 to 5 years
