- Capability, to manage cash and payment transactions accurately
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually to deliver quality standards
- Positive attitude and Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to clean all catering/bar equipment, appliances, floors, surfaces and store rooms in accordance with cleaning schedules
- Complete working knowledge of the relevant aspects of stock taking procedure
- Skills to know and demonstrate correct use of cleaning products
