Its _raison d’être_ is "making life more beautiful, passing on a more beautiful planet". - Operating in more than 150 countries, we are now the number one skincare company in Europe and are accelerating our development on all other continents, particularly in Asia and the Americas. - Because our 8,000 talents are unique, we are committed to promoting diversity in all its forms. - Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? - **Responsibilities**: **Planning and budgeting** - Assist the CFO with the planning and budgeting process. - Ensure all budget holders understand the financial information they are sent every month and answer questions they may have. - Assist budget holders with the preparation of budget templates. - Collate and consolidate budget holder planning and budgeting information. - Produce the budget reports, including cash reports. - Assist the CFO with the budget presentations. **Monthly reporting**: - Submit the monthly reports into HFM, such as Net Invoicing, PnL, and other submissions - Review the monthly financial reports with the CFO before submission to Headquarters - Perform and review the monthly budget follow-up meetings with the budget holders and coordinate the monthly R&O - Submit the monthly R&O for Net Invoicing and PnL in HFM - Monitor the POP and changes from Usage to Purchase and assist the teams with budget preparations and understanding. Work closely with SC regarding the POP from that side of the business. **Financial support**: - Provide all budget holders with up-to-date information in relation to their budgets. - Under the direction of the CFO, produce ad-hoc information on the Company’s finances to the Executive Committee. - Write and format financial reports, in order to improve the accuracy of the information produced and the overall departmental performance. - Assist with financial training throughout the Company **Financial processes and systems**: - Assist the CFO on any project (of the Company or the Group) having an impact on Financial processes of the Company - Maintain the internal financial processes manual - Ensure the compliance of the Company to the Group Internal Audit procedures - Improve the financial processes to make them more efficient, less time consuming, more secure - Upload the pricing in M3 on an annual basis - Performs other duties as required or assigned **Education & Experience**: - 3 - 5 years’ experience in an analytical role (Financial Analyst or Business Analyst). - A related BCOM honours tertiary qualification in Finance is required. - Experience in the cosmetics industry would be beneficial. **Set of Skills**: - Analytical Skills: Ability to work through large sets of data to analyse and provide conclusions - Communication Skills: Ability to present findings to management either verbally, through a presentation or through an understandable report or document, able to communicate financial issues with non-finance professionals - Critical Thinking: To understand the meaning behind the numbers and be able to translate this into conclusions based on the findings - Attention to Detail: To ensure that analysis provided is correct and based on data that is complete and accurate - Mathematical Skills: To be able to calculate trends and perform analytical studies - Computer Skills : Excellent skills across Microsoft Office products - minimum advanced level in Excel **We are looking for someone who is**: - Efficient, able to multitask and cope with pressure and tight deadlines - Self -motivated - Organized - Able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion - A team player - Proactive and uses their own initiative to identify efficiencies or improvements - Professional and demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills - If you have a curious mind, a thirst to go further and the drive to boldly take on new challenges, join us.
