As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team and drive our digital marketing and social media efforts to new heights. **Responsibilities**: 1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. 3. Social Media Management: Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions. 4. Community Building: Cultivate and nurture online communities to foster engagement and brand loyalty. 5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize performance. 6. Stay Current with Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and social media. Desired experience and qualifications - Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management. - Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. **Experience**: - Digital marketing: 1+ years (required) - developing and implementing a digital marketing plan: 1+ years - Strong social media: 1+ **Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
