PURPOSE

As the Manager Product for Fraud Intelligence, you will be responsible to develop, manage and grow BankservAfrica’s fraud intelligence suite of products and services. The role includes managing the overall product lifecycle and evolution of services for the product from conception, transition of new and uptake by customers, by examining and considering market needs. The role is primarily responsible for overall product delivery, marketing its services, support, stakeholder management and continuous demonstration of return of investment. The primary goal is to position and drive value creation of the product and its services into the financial services industry and extended markets to the benefit of the national payments system.

- Your key responsibilities include:
- Translate business goals and market needs into product strategies.
