**Job Title : Live Video Shopping Brand Ambassador (English, German & French speakers)**
- Job spec_
- Selling products from our portfolio of clients through Confer With Live video shopping platform
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets, such as sales volume, call conversion, call duration
- Pro-actively upsell and cross-sell products to customers to increase the order value
- Support the team with website audits, training and coaching, troubleshooting requests
- Presentation requirements:_
- Setting up and maintaining video presentation workspace - camera, lighting, sound, layout of products
- Presenting to camera confidently and being engaging throughout
- A friendly, positive personality and can-do attitude
- Well spoken and excellent communication skills

**Experience and skills needed**:

- Previous sales experience working within a target driven environment
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Resilient and tenacious
- Ability to use multiple systems
- Able to learn new skills
- Product Training and coaching will be provided

**Qualifications**
- Senior Certificate
- Up to 1 or 2 years retail sales experience beneficial

**Salary**
- From R7,500 plus performance bonus and commission

**Working hours** : day/ night shift rotation
