Seeking the services of an experienced Payroll Administrator for a stable Motor Dealership and Car Rental group.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric, or equivalent
- Relevant qualification
- 2-3 years Payroll Admin experience
- 2-3 years SAGE 300 experience
- MIBCO experience, advantageous
- General administration experience

**Duties include**:

- Full Payroll Admin function
- Assistance with documentation and contracts
- Provide support to the HR Manager on relevant Payroll requirements
- Support the implementation of relevant Projects
- Provide administration support of core Payroll processes
- Ad hoc Payroll Admin functions

**Skills Required**:

- Strong administration, organization and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate with all hierarchy levels
- High level of ethics and integrity required
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
- Able to work well under pressure and ensure deadlines are met
- The ability to manage work processes and produce a high quality of work

**Salary**: R12,000.00 per month
