**_CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: _**
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible to service the stock needs of the factory to ensure continuity of
operations.

**_KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:_**
- Ensure goods received against the purchase order note are accurate and captured onto the system timeously
- Ensure goods are kept in a secure and safe designated area
- Ensure the efficient issue of raw materials into production to facilitate customer delivery dates
- Adherence to returns from factory procedures
- Facilitate daily/weekly stock counts and report on discrepancies
- Adherence to housekeeping standards, SHE & OSH act requirements with a “ZERO INJURY” culture compliance

**_QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:_**
- Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous, Matric is a minimum requirement with at least 2 - 3 years’

experience in a fast-paced production environment
- High level knowledge of stock management and warehousing principles
- Ability to operate a forklift would be advantageous
- Intermediate computer skills
