Obtain new business as per the Annual Operating Plan. Access and analyze reports to drive continuous improvement. Compile and implement sales & promotional plan. Visit and support customers. Manage customer complaints. Compile monthly Sales Reports. - Ensure development and growth across all categories by achieving revenue and volume targets as per Annual Operating Plan. - Market visits. - Promote sales by introducing merchandising and display techniques to Sales Reps. - Keeps the organization informed of competitor activity and customer status. - Business development and growth of customer base. **Qualifications** - 3-year Business/Commercial Tertiary qualification or equivalent. - 3 years working experience in FMCG environment, with 1 year in a selling role/selling experience. - Valid driver’s license. - Leaderships skills. - Good communication skills. - Good clerical and computer skills. **“PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
