Project Coordinator

**_We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Operations department at Head Office (Parklands). _**

The Project Coordinator ensures that the branch implementations team has the required resources and documentation to complete the installation.

You will be required to schedule 3rd party implementation such as the eft machine, airtime and loyalty cards, assist the branches with scheduling their resources, Prepare the project plans and task schedules and prepare Arch project sign off documentation.

You will enjoy this role if you pride yourself on your excellent time management and administration skills. Your typical approach is a can-do attitude and you're eager to learn. You use initiative when it comes to solving problems. Your preference is working collaboratively; however, you have no problem working independently when and if required. Your excellent people skills and effective communication sees you thriving in a high-pressure environment while ensuring quick turnaround times.

**Requirements**:
Grade 12 or equivalent, It would be an advantage if you did have a Project Management Certificate or similar

A min of 2 years' experience in an administration role

Intermediate Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)

Important things to consider, this is a remote work position, and the hours are from 8:00 if - 17:00. Overtime may be required from time to time.
