**HOTEL RESTAURANT MANAGER - CAPE TOWN - R22000 ctc**

The Right Company are currently recruiting for an HOTEL RESTAURANT MANAGER to be based in Cape Town to coordinate restaurant operations, managing customer satisfaction, managing inventory, coordinating employee scheduling, monitoring compliance with regulations, supervising and developing team members, and promoting the restaurant brand.

Operations
- Managing all aspects of the brand through the supply chain both tangible and intangible
- Working closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met
- Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met
- Manage Information Security Risks on a day to day basis

Key Areas
- Policies regarding the audit requirements of
- Internal audit
- Procurement audits
- Hygiene audits
- Risk Audit (sections relating to F&B Department)
- Mystery Guest results and Guest Questionnaire feedback through tracking system
- Staff performance Quarterly result.
- To act on the results of the above audits in order to achieve set departmental targets.
- Accountable for Food and Beverage control and the related results of the restaurant/s.
- Ensures that all laws, regulations, licenses and aha policies pertaining to the operation of the restaurant/s are adhered to.
- Ensures that standards are maintained in the restaurant/s at all times in relation to service delivery and hygiene requirements.
- Ensures that buffet is cleared within 10 minutes after service closure
- Assists with producing reports on the aspects of the F&B Department in terms of Company policy and directives issued by the General Manager.
- Assist with proactively communicating market trends and possible changes in guest preferences and expectations on F&B offering to the Food and Beverage Manager and General Manager at mandated
