Vacany: Logistics/ Inventory Administrator
Company based in Randridge Park is looking for a Logistics Administrator, Afrikaans must be your first language

**Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in Afrikaans.
- Between 25-35 years old.
- Must Have 3-8 years’ work experience in ordering, stock management, and sales administration.
- Knowledge and experience working with Sage.
- Advanced knowledge working with MS office: Excel - pivot tables and v-look-up
- Display a high level of professionalism.
- Prioritising skills.
- Analytical ability.
- Confidentiality and discretion.
- Time management.

Tasks required to perform:

- Print orders and consignment requests.
- Let customers know when stock will be available for collection or delivery.
- Check customer’s baskets on all new orders.
- Send all new orders and consignment requests to the relevant RM group.
- Request client mix numbers and labels from R&D and Marketing.
- Capture orders on Sage.
- Generate picking slips on Sage.
- Monitor Carbo products every six months.
- Monitor and capture third party product expiry dates.
