**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tea boutique, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment
- Manage and lead a team, motivating staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure effective stock control, including inventory management and product replenishment
- Engage with customers, sharing your passion for tea, conducting tastings, and sharing knowledge about tea culture
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in the store
- Monitor and drive sales, implementing strategies to meet targets and enhance revenue
- Handle transactions and manage the POS system accurately
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
- Strong managerial skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Passion for tea and exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills in **Afrikaans and/or English**:

- Organised, responsible, and proactive with a keen attention to detail
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Resides in the **Paarl/Wellington area**:

- Sober habits and a **non-smoker**
