Join a tenant property management solution organisation as a Developmnent Manager to help oversee the creation of their new multi tenant propery management solution.

**KPI's**:

- Responsible for the overall software development life cycle of the platform
- Work with product managers and other stakeholders to maintain, prioritise, communicate and deliver the roadmap
- Provide the feature teams with the appropriate Agile principles and tools that will assist with the measurement and management of these teams
- Work closely with the solution architect and senior developers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development
- Introduce best practices for software development and documentation, ensure standardisation of components and methods, and deliver solutions that are tested and stable
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead development activities
- Performance management and development of direct reports

**Education**:

- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g. B.Eng. Computer Engineering, BSc Computer Science or IT etc) would be preferred.

**Job Experience & Skills Required**:

- 8+ years of Software Development experience
- 4+ years of experience in building and leading strong development/engineering teams

**Skills Required**:

- Cloud, preferably AWS experience
- Leader with ability to motivate and engage teams
- Exposure to Lean and Agile methodologies
- Good problem solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Self-motivated and energetic individual with a hands-on approach
- Hands-on technical expertise in mobile and web-technologies
- JavaScript for NodeJS, Mobile and Web App Frameworks (ReactJS/VueJS/Angular)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and 3rd party integration in general
