**Duties and responsibilities**:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile teams
- Experience in managing multiple Agile teams, preferably within a SAFe Agile Release Train
- Sound knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban frameworks, and SAFe principles.
- Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand
- ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Experience in facilitating PI Planning and helping teams create PI Objectives would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in using Agile management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO preferred), JIRA or Trello
- Experience working with teams developing APIs would be advantageous
- Coach and guide teams within a SAFe Agile Release Train to improve their agile methodologies and adopt the Scrum framework effectively
- Facilitate team events such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Encourage team collaboration and communication, help resolve conflicts and remove impediments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams and train them to adapt to changing requirements
- Ensure the team follows the SAFe principles, and Agile values to deliver high-quality products on time
- Track team performance metrics and identify areas of improvement
- Work with Product Owners to refine and prioritise the product backlog
- Liaise with the Release Train Engineer and Stakeholders to provide transparency and visibility into the team's progress
- Continuously improve the Scrum process, tools, and techniques to improve the team's productivity and efficiency.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field required
- At least 5 years of software development experience, preferably in Agile methodology and/or Scrum methodology preferred.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Bamboo, Asana, Basecamp; experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Lean is preferred.
- At least two years experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified SAFe 5.0 Scrum Master (SSM) certification
