**Main Purpose of the Job**:
Our client, who is at the forefront of M365 Cloud Migration, is seeking a Cloud Migration Senior Consultant to lead and contribute to client engagements and internal projects on a technical level.
Your expertise in the Microsoft Ecosystem, including On-prem Microsoft Servers, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure, will support the delivery and execution of services.
You will be responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of solutions and cloud implementations while mentoring and growing the delivery team.
**Minimum Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- 7+ years of experience with planning, migration, and implementation of Microsoft Server technologies (e.g., AD DS, Exchange, Hyper-V) in on-prem, hybrid, and cloud configurations.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 and related services in advanced support, deployment, and/or consulting roles.
- 5+ years of experience with Windows Server in advanced support or consulting roles.
- Experience with designing, deploying, and configuring enterprise-grade Microsoft Azure and/or Office 365 solutions.
- Experience in leading/mentoring a team of technical consultants.
- Independent work experience in fast-paced environments with evolving technology and customer requirements.
Qualifications / Certifications:
- Required: Grade 12/Matric
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate
- Beneficial: Azure AI Engineer Associate
Skills and Attributes:
- In-depth knowledge of supporting and complementary technologies (e.g., AD FS, Azure Active Directory Connect, PowerShell).
- Experience with Quest Migration Suites, AvePoint Migration Suites, and other 3rd party migration software.
- Good understanding of cloud security architecture, security assessments, and audit standards for the Cloud.
- Demonstrated aptitude for extraordinary customer service in politically charged environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and good judgment.
- Ability to self-manage, be results-driven, and produce technical documentation.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
- Good presentation skills for technical workshops.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate openly.
- Embrace change and adopt shared methodologies.
- Mentor and support team members.
**Main Job Responsibilities**:
- Lead technical solution architecture and design for client implementations and projects.
- Engage in technical presales and POCs.
- Assist in generating and creating proposals and solution documentation.
- Standardize and create technical documentation such as design and architecture.
- Perform content management solutions with the technical team.
- Lead and assist with troubleshooting and error remediation during projects and implementations.
- Develop and implement solutions with our experienced engineers and solution architects to meet enterprise and corporate customer needs
