Sharenet is looking for an experienced Financial Advisor to join our team. You will require at least 5 years' financial planning experience.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 5 years' financial planning experience.
- Full FAIS recognised qualification.
- Has obtained the relevant qualifications.
- Has passed the regulatory examinations (RE5).
- Meet Fit and Proper regulatory requirements with regard to personal character and qualities of honesty and integrity.
- Has proven investment product experience.
- No negative credit scores /judgements.
- Knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of the professional client market.
- Experience and track record in high-performance sales environments.
- Knowledge of best practice in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory Services.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial planning through meaningful client engagements.

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
- The capability to explain complex information simply and clearly.
- The ability to network and establish relationships with clients.
- Research and analytical skills.
- Negotiation and influencing skills as well as determination and tenacity.

**COMPUTER LITERACY**:

- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience using a CRM system preferable.
- Experience using financial planning software.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide financial planning support to clients.
- Support investment professionals to cultivate client relationships.
- Prepare financial plans and check their accuracy.
- Respond to prospective customer queries about financial planning.
- Assist in the development plans for the company.
- Maintain awareness of latest legislative changes that may affect financial planning.
