**Role Description**

The Sales and Marketing Administrator reports to the Sales and Marketing Director and supports the sales and marketing teams by monitoring daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. This role is primarily focused on delving into sales and marketing data from the CRM and marketing tools and preparing reports for use by the department heads.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer information, and marketing activities
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Coordinate sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Maintain the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date
- Generate and analyse reports on sales and marketing performance
- Tracking internal marketing and sales controls
- Prepare and distribute internal communications regarding sales and marketing initiatives
- Assist with special projects as needed, including market research and competitive analysis
- Support the planning and execution of new product launches and promotional events

**Requirements**:

- Studying towards or possessing a qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
- Affinity for processing numbers and data analysis
- Comfortable with repetitive structured work
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus
- Full-time position, typically Monday through Friday
- Office-based in Pretoria with occasional travel for events or training
- Immediately Available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
