Complete IT Business Solutions, a leading Managed IT Service Provider based in Sunningdale, is looking for a **Junior IT Technician** to join our dynamic team.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A motivated and tech-savvy individual eager to grow in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver quality support to clients.
- Must have a **valid South African driver’s license**.
- **Immediate availability.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
- Assist with troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Support network and system operations.
- Maintain documentation and ensure timely updates on support tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (advantageous).
- Relevant IT certificate or qualification preferred, but not mandatory.

Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
