Solmor Projects (Pty) Ltd is looking to employ an experienced and energetic Junior Procurement Clerk
to join their team in Cape Town.
- Able to interpret and understand technical drawings for costing purposes
- Able to understand and translate bill of material for costing purpose
- Ability to create complex Excel costing sheets
- Order taking experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Be able to deal with customers and suppliers
- Good and clear call speaking manner.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the aluminium and glass industry
- Demonstrable technical ability with a keen eye for detail
- Must be able to read and understand building plans
- Understand cost prices, selling prices, gross profits and mark-up calculations
- Be able to work flexible hours.
- Be able to work in a team
- Have excellent knowledge of the product and suppliers

Position related qualification would be advantageous

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R8,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Aluminium and Glass: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
