**Job description**:
The Assistant is primarily responsible for performing after sales service to clients, thereby contributing to the ongoing customer relationship. The focus of the role is to provide quality service and maximise customer retention and referral, in line with the Practice Service model and Procedures. The role needs excellent client relationship management and office administrative skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling administration related to risk portfolios
- Handling administration related to medical aid and life insurance
- Portfolio management and administration
- Compliance management
- Monthly review schedules
- Life companies to facilitate quotes
- Interact, manage and provide effective client service
- Implement new business
- Prepare client files
- Process client queries and instructions
- Maintain the CRM system

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric/Grade 12
- 1 + years’ work/administrative experience (Advantageous in the wealth services industry)
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
- Computer literate (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, CRMs)
