To take full responsibility of driving data led product sales campaigns. Working with product, segment and enablement to ensure smooth delivery of sales campaigns with frontline teams. Assist with acquisition of new to bank and new to segment of Relationship Banking clients with a primary focus on acquiring new business as well as switching primary banking relationships from competitor banks. Purpose of the role is to build and maintain professional relationships, drive data led sales campaigns and achieve sales targets across all RB product lines. Ensure the execution of the sales campaigns capability that delivers excellent client service and relationship management for our SME and Commercial banking customers.

To develop a coordinated campaign culture in region to ensure product, segment & enablement alignment and focus to achieve required % success rate is improved.

**Job Description**:
Campaigns Management
- Initiate, drive and support with driving sales campaigns and best practice on all RB products into the respective segment (SME & Commercial).
- Complement and work closely with regional product managers, together with Area Segment Managers to drive RB Product sales growth across Relationship banking product offering)
- Ensure the use of Data & Analytics to create, execute and monitor the performance of RB Product sales campaigns.
- Identifies product sales campaign opportunities by understanding RB Customer (SME & Commercial) requirements.
- Devise sales campaigns with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers
- Together the RB Marketing & CVM team coordinate sales collateral, material to assist front line teams
- Coordination of sales campaigns and activities between Segment, Product, Virtual Channels & Enablement.
- Provide monitoring, insights & value realization of initiated sales campaigns.

Accountability: Sales Campaign Management
- Identify sales opportunities and offer solutions appropriate for the client’s needs, goal and objectives by using the tools which outlines the products clients currently have and the propensity for new product take-up.
- Execution: Support calendar based marketing activity across the business
- Marketing Strategy: Execute marketing tasks in support of marketing strategy
- Campaign proposition marketing execution: Execute 360 integrated marketing and sponsorship activities that change consumer perception, improve consideration
- and drive business outcomes

Accountability: Sales performance and execution
- Agree relevant sales plans, campaigns and targets with team manager as well as other internal sales units that will achieve the business plan objectives and STP.
- Monitor individual sales performance on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual basis and provide feedback to direct manager on how to improve performance. Embed and drive campaigns and feedback on learnings
- Create and execute opportunities and prospects for new business by working through potential client lists and find new innovative ways of selling other than the normal channels.
- Review national competitor information, market trends on a regular basis and propose sales campaigns to drive RB Products penetration to the market

Accountability: Customer Experience Execution
- Execute on the business unit’s Client Experience strategy and ensure that customer experience is a valuable differentiator within the value chain.
- Work closely with the direct manager to drive a focused client experience agenda that will help the region achieve its’ sales and after sales support objectives.
- Ensure smooth and effective migration and on-boarding of new client relationships.
- Use the feedback of the internal and external customer experience measurements to drive change and improvement that will benefit the sales strategy of the region.
- Adhere to Client Experience and service quality standards in line with Group Client Experience strategy.
- Implement improvement initiatives that will ensure high quality standards and client experience.
- Constantly keep abreast of the latest developments and trends with regard to client expectations and service.
- Ensure that all allocated complaints have been resolved within the allocated time frames as per the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
- Accept primary responsibility for client satisfaction through excellent service by ensuring that GBS is the market leader in terms of turnaround times, pricing and value for money.
