We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an account director, bringing a wealth of experience in activation agency environments and a proven track record in FMCG campaign management.

**Responsibilities**:
Client relationship management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Campaign strategy and planning
Develop and implement strategic activation plans aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance campaign concepts and execution.
Project oversight
Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution.
Budget management
Take ownership of campaign budgets, track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality experiences.
Provide financial oversight to ensure profitability and adherence to client agreements.
Expertise
Leverage a minimum of six years of experience in activations and experiential marketing agencies.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
Strategic growth
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients, contributing to organic business growth.
Actively participate in new business development, presenting proposals and pitching to prospective clients.
Performance analysis
Conduct post-campaign analysis, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Use data-driven approaches to measure campaign success and ROI.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Minimum of six years of experience in activations and experiential marketing agencies.
Proven track record in managing FMCG campaigns.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Team leadership experience.
Large conferencing experience would be a plus.
