**About Us**

Paramount Aerospace Systems (PAS) has been part of the Paramount Group since July 2015 and is the design organization for all mechanical & electrical modifications and custom installations and certification on aircraft. We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Technical Publications Manager** to lead our technical documentation efforts and ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance in all publications.

**Job Overview**

As a Technical Publications Manager, you will oversee the creation, management, and delivery of technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and system-related content. You will lead a team of technical authors, collaborate with engineering and operations teams, and ensure that all documentation meets industry standards and supports our customers' needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and mentor a team of technical authors to produce high-quality technical documentation.
- Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Oversee the production of technical manuals, user guides, online help systems, and other documentation deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards for all technical publications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver documentation on schedule.
- Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Implement and maintain documentation tools and content management systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical communication.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, English, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of system engineering principles and technical documentation requirements.
- Proficiency with documentation tools and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., S1000D, ATA, or DITA) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
